Amsterdam is a city with an ancient history where time seems to stand still with all those wonderful (old) buildings on the large- and small canals. In addition, they have managed to connect the old and the new so that the city has entered effortlessly the twenty-first century. This gem is also traditionally one of our main attractions.

The old vibrant city has something to offer to everyone:
• Architecture from 16th century to the present;
• Shopping: antiques; fashion; shopping malls and outdoor markets;
• Museums ~ on contemporary and ancient art ~: including Het Rijksmuseum; Van Gogh Museum; Het Stedelijk Museum; Hermitage Amsterdam; Anne Frankhuis en het Science Center Nemo,
• Music: including Rock tempel “Paradiso”; De Melkweg; Muziekgebouw aan ’t IJ; Het Koninklijke Concertgebouw; Bimhuis en de Heineken Music Hall,
• Theatre/comedy: including Koninklijk Theater Carré; DeLaMar Theater; Stadsschouwburg; De Kleine Komedie en de Brakke Grond,
• Dance / Opera: De Stopera; Stadsschouwburg en het DeLaMar Theater,
• Food & Drink ~ throughout the city ~: including the Nieuwmarkt; the Leidseplein and the Rembrandtplein.
